Vendor Governance

At CAH Medical Centres, we work closely with our vendors (such as our service providers, suppliers, contractors and consultants) to ensure that our values and principles relating to vendor governance are carried through in our business operations.

Our vendors are required to read through and understand the terms of our Vendor Code of Business Conduct prior to establishing any contractual or business relationship with us. It is also a requirement for our vendors to sign the Vendor Letter of Declaration in line with this.
